  • Maintenance of roadways, driveways and walkways, including snow clearing and future repairs. Salt & Sand as required

  • Maintenance of lawns, fencing and any enclosures

  • Annual review of the accounts of the Condominium Corporation including budgets

  • Supervision and inspections by Professional Management Company

  • One year comprehensive builder’s warranty covering defects in material and workmanship
  • Tarion Warranty Corporation provides warranty coverage from date of occupancy. Certain areas covered up to 7 years.
